It’s all about Jesus.
A place for the broken and hurting to find hope and joy in God.
It’s all about Jesus. From beginning to end, the Bible points us to the amazing reality that God has been merciful to sinners in Jesus. By his grace, we want to display God’s glory by celebrating, proclaiming, and living the gospel as a community of believers by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Redemption Hill Church exists to glorify God by making and maturing disciples of Jesus Christ in the Des Moines metro.
God designed us to live in community with each other. And the local church is the most profound and essential community created by God. You are invited to learn more and check out a Community Group. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive more information.
Preaching from the Bible
The Bible is the only essential and infallible record of God’s self-disclosure to humanity. The Bible tells us about the Gospel—that is, that salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ. Therefore, preaching needs to come from the Bible so that God’s truth is declared for the good of people and to the glory of God.
The unusual circumstances caused by COVID-19 has temporarily forced Redemption Hill to adjust how it gathers on Sundays. Over the summer we have been meeting at Centennial Park in Waukee. In October we moved to Westkirk Presbyterian. We met at 4pm on Sunday afternoon. The elders of Westkirk have been gracious to offer the Westkirk facility to Redemption Hill while we continue to navigate the current cultural context. For up to date information you can follow Redemption Hill on Facebook, Twitter, and Instragram. You can also sign up to receive emails at out online Connect Card (https://redemptionhilldsm.org/im-new/).
